No need to panic, but we just thought you should know that Niketown on 57th Street closed its doors this weekend due to bed bugs. As you must have heard, the little blood-suckers have already been discovered in other stores (Hollister, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victora’s Secret) along with theaters, office buildings, and countless residences. As a result, NYC recently launched an information and outreach campaign to help people understand how the bugs are spread and how to get rid of them, while information from the city’s health department has been posted online.
