— Mon, 13th September 2010 —

Through Thursday, 9/16, watch mecca Tourneau is taking up to 70% off tons of new and pre-owned watches.

Soiffer Haskin – Tourneau Sale – 317 W 33rd St between 8th & 9th – 9am-6:30pm daily – **Credit Cards Only** – 718-747-1656 – Map

  1. Monday at 2pm…..OK selection. All brands at least 50% off of list. Some mid-range brands 70%.

    Don’t expect any steals.

  2. Sale had a decent selection of watches. No Rolex, No Panerai, Tons of Breitlings and Tags, alot of Blancpain, Bell&Ross Girard Perr. I tried on a preowned GP that was $160k. One Vacheron (preowned Overseas),It had 50% off and the last day alot of brands went to 70%. Some Irrisistible deals. A Glashutte 18k gold watch MSRP $12000 for about 3700. I saw that watch recently at the Tourneau store for $8900. Two nice Zenith Port Royals there. Many of the watches are discontinued styles. The thing I do not understand about the Tourneau sale is you dont get the watch in the MFR box nor do you get a MFR warantee. I also saw some watches malfunctioned, I got a great deal on a Blancpain but the first one i tried on the alarm didnt work. I relaized when i got home that the watch I ended up with the second hand doesnt move. However the watch keeps perfect time. All in all there are amazing deals, but I wish that these new watches had papers and boxes and worked perfectly.
