F/W collaboration J.Press For Urban Outfitters — which we’re planning to review properly — wasn’t slated to hit stores until December. As you can see here, however, it’s already available online. As UO explains, the 20-piece line includes solid and striped oxfords, slim-fit pants, a Black Watch tartan golf jacket, and a wool vest, along with various collegiate accessories. We’ll get back to you about the quality and fit, but, for now, whatever you plan on purchasing, just remember to wear it sparingly. [UO via Racked]

Why sparingly?
Whatever works for you, TS, but probably best to avoid looking like Andy from The Office…. Just mix it up a bit… Add a pair of raw denim and you’re fine…
At the urban outfitters on Broadway in NYC they have a few of the pieces. The oxford looked pretty good, and they also had the navy blazer.
I have to tell you, dropped by the UO location at 14th & 6th on Friday and was really disappointed in this collection. The wool is blended with synthetics and has a horrible hand (i.e. feel). The navy flannel blazer has such bad fabric that everything sticks to it and it’s a cheap-feeling melton wool. The oxford shirts don’t have the best fit. The best part of the collection was the blackwatch golf jacket, but even it suffers from a less than stellar fabric.
Saw the Oxfords yesterday on 2nd ave bet. 10th and 11th. Wasn’t impressed.
Ok the fabric feels a little slight. but I like the color, the flap pocket, the side gussets, the back collar button and the locker loop, and most of all I liked the price. so I got one at the second ave location.
