Tuesday through Thursday, 4/17-4/19, Hanro of Switzerland is having their annual spring sample sale. Everything from loungewear to underwear will be up to 75% off. Most men’s items will be size medium, with a limited selection of others. With their use of luxurious fabrics and precise finishings, you can take your most personal clothing to another level.

Privé’s multiple brand sample began Wednesday at their typical Chelsea Market location. Like previous sales, there were two brands available that were not listed on the flyer, 3×1 and Black Brown 1826. Unlike previous sales, a good portion of the selection was only available in sample sizes (medium, 32 waist, 40 chest), specifically with Black Brown 1826 and Saks Fifth Ave. You’ll find a varied selection ranging from suits to denim jeans, from outerwear to swim trunks, and from sneakers to dress shoes.

Friday and Saturday, 4/13-4/14, Steven Alan is back at Industry City for a two day sample sale. Head to Greenwood, Brooklyn for discounts up to 70% off menswear. Industry City can be a bit confusing, but the sale is located in Building 5, 2-A.

It’s been a while since we’ve visited 260 Sample Sale’s Wooster St. location and the Osklen + Matsuda eyewear sale provided a great welcome back. Menswear consisted about a third to 40% off the sale. They were pretty serious with discounts up to 90% off with tees going for $10 and jeans for $20, while prices across all categories are pretty reasonable. There’s also a good amount of spring and summer apparel, with large shorts and tees offering. As you can expect, men really racked up on the first day so it was a noticeably smaller offering when we stopped by in the evening. 260 Sample Sale is typically good with restock, but still a chance offering could be slim by the end of the week. Also, size runs aren’t consistent. Some categories, like long sleeve shirts, have small-large sizes, while in pants we found mostly 40 waist. But this may be attributed to the first day sale rush.
