Privé first sale of the year started yesterday, 2/14 in Chelsea Market. Just like other Privé sales, pricing was fair and there was a decent offering of each brand that was advertised. This sale they surprised us with premium denim from 3×1, which wasn’t listed on the flyer. As the season will begin to change soon, this sale is pretty appropriate for late winter pickups and early spring preparations.

Friday, 2/9, marked the start of The Arrival’s 10 day sample sale as they prepare to depart SoHo. As you can expect, there were lines just about the entire weekend as people were eager to find what products were available and the prices. To some patron’s satisfaction (or dissatisfaction), discounts hovered between 30-50% with the majority of the items in store on sale. As for what is left, there is a daily restock but a few sizes and colors of styles are completely sold out. Since the concept store is closing, it’s not very likely there will be any shipments. But there is an entire week left, so it won’t hurt to check in throughout the week if you are keen about a particular product.

Soiffer Haskin’s annual winter Canali event began Sunday, 2/11. As expected, there is a huge selection of inventory ranging from suits to shoes to topcoats to accessories. The majority of sizes are available along with a variety of color, patterns, and textures. Currently discounts are between 70-75%, with some sportcoats being discounted at 90%. As aforementioned, these discounted are expected to increase as the sale continues. Unfortunately, Soiffer Haskin is pretty strict when it comes to taking photos, so we could not capture any product or sale layout images.
