Italian Sportswear Sample Sale

Saturday and Sunday, 8/10-8/11, Imparali Custom Tailors is hosting its semiannual sample sale featuring high-end Italian sportswear. “The focus … is on high-end Italian suiting, sportswear and outerwear featuring designers such as Boglioli (pictured), Lardini, and Piombo,” we’re told. “For the first time, this sale will also be offering a limited selection of exclusive leather pieces from Roberto Ugolini and Steve Mono.” Sample sizes will range from 44-56 (EUR) / 34-46 (US) but the most abundant selection will be in sizes 48/38 and 52/42. “The majority of the jackets will be summer, but a number of beautiful fall and winter wool flannel and washed cashmere pieces as well.” Prices will vary depending on construction and fabric, but there will be enough of a selection to accommodate all budgets. Jackets will range from $150-$700, and suits will range from $500-$1,000.  Some purchases may be eligible for further reductions. (Most Boglioli summer jackets will start around $200.)

Beginning Friday, 8/2, Seize sur Vingt is hosting its semiannual sample sale featuring up to 80% off jackets ($150 to $400); suits ($200 to $800); shirts ($60 to $90); sweaters ($60 to $160); pants ($80 to $120); polo shirts ($55); ties ($45); and shoes ($120 to $150). Sale should run about a week.
