Two weeks with only one sample sale for men, there is good news as sales are beginning to rebound starting with this week’s Theory and Helmut Lang at Clothingline. We’ve mentioned this before, but Theory and Helmut Lang are typically hosted by three of the major sample sale locations; 260 Sample Sale, Privé in Chelsea Market, and Clothingline. 260 Sample Sale’s selection are the more recent collections and higher prices, Privé typically has the largest selection for men consisting of mostly business dress attire, and Clothingline usually has the cheapest prices but smaller and less diverse selection. Fortunately, there was a change with the sale as we saw more apparel from more recent collections, a huge diversity of product offering, all at the same prices as previous Clothingline sales. There are plenty of one-of-a-kind items but just as many irregulars/defected pieces, meaning you should thoroughly check each item before purchasing. Also, sizing isn’t consistent and we advise you try everything on before purchasing.
Overall, this is one of the better Theory and Helmut Lang sales at Clothingline. Check below for the price list and few pictures we captured at the sale. Feel free to comment with any updates.
